Ashcreek

AshCreek, a deed restricted community, has been in existence since 1994.   The two primary purposes of our POA is to manage the common areas and to enforce our governing documents. We have a five-member Board of Directors who meet on a monthly basis, and a full-time Property Manager on site.

We are located in historical and prestigious Hanover County. Our community has a lovely creek that runs through it.  Our beautiful wooded lots and common areas have the makings for a perfect southern lifestyle.

We are conveniently only 15 minutes from Richmond, our state capitol, and approximately a 2-hour drive to Washington DC, Virginia Beach, Virginia’s Northern Neck, and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Our recreational complex is comprised of a community clubhouse, large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, fenced playground, and a basketball court available to all residents.  A multitude of activities are sponsored throughout the year by volunteers on our adult and children’s social committees.  In addition, we have competitive youth swim team, The Crocs.
